1. Our Delivery Areas

Spotsie's Burger currently offers delivery services to customers within a 5 Km radius of our kitchen located in Building No. 20, DB Ozone, Ketkipada, Dahisar East, Mumbai, Mumbai 400068, Near Thakur Mall, Maharashtra.

If your location falls outside these areas, please contact us directly via WhatsApp to inquire about special delivery arrangements.

2. Delivery Hours

Our delivery service operates during the following hours:

• Monday - Sunday: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM

Please note that delivery services are subject to change during public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, which will be communicated on our website or social media channels.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality.

• Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 45-60 minutes after your order confirmation.

• Peak Hours & Special Conditions: During peak hours (evenings, weekends) or due to adverse weather conditions, heavy traffic, or unforeseen operational challenges, delivery times may be longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

• We will do our best to inform you immediately if there is a significant delay with your order.

4. Delivery Fees & Minimum Order Value

To ensure efficient service, our delivery charges are as follows:

• Standard Delivery Fee: A flat fee of ₹75 will be applied to all orders.

• Free Delivery: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders with a total value of ₹500 or more.

• Minimum Order Value: A minimum order value of ₹160 is required for delivery.

5. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order with Spotsie's Burger via our WhatsApp Business App or website:

• You will receive an immediate confirmation message via WhatsApp/SMS containing your order details and an estimated delivery time.

• Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

6. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay with cash when your order arrives.

• Online Payments: Through our website/payment link via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards.

• UPI Transfer (via WhatsApp): If ordering via WhatsApp, you can pay directly via UPI to our business ID : spotsiesburger@oksbi

7. Order Cancellation Policy

We begin preparing your delicious order shortly after it's placed to ensure freshness.

• Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of being placed, provided preparation has not yet begun.

• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately on our WhatsApp Business number: +91 9230142049 / +91 8240328438.

• Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
